Mark, an added bonus for eating nuts may be a slight improvement in your memory (I did some tests with a mixture of walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and cashews a while ago). I have to agree with Daan though, the flavor does tend to get a little boring after a while. I liked to mix 'em up with dried fruits (pineapple is my favorite)

Keep it up!

Thanks Daan, those suger-coated peanuts sound like a nice variation indeed.
I was actually in the store when I saw your reply by Email, so I picked some up right away :) (Not to expensive either, an added bonus)

Also, thanks a bunch for replying!

Looks like you're off to a good start! :)

I love nuts too but if you're getting fed up with the taste nuts, you could try to incorporate a sweet touch. You can add some sugar coated peanuts to the mix, a bit different from the normal peanut. My favorite nut store has home made sugar and cinnamon coated peanuts, which are awesome.

Or mix in a few raspberries, they go great with all sorts of nuts.

Looking forward to updates!
